CONTROLS ENGINEER POSITION

We are a company (ESOP) that rebuilds and retrofits large machine tools, is looking for a Controls Engineer with BSEE and experience integrating CNC and motion control systems on metalworking machines.

Duties include the full range of controls talents, including:

  • AutoCAD Electrical design
  • Specifying components
  • Ladder logic
  • High level programming
  • Commissioning systems
  • Some construction wiring may be required.

Travel in support of projects and field service is required.

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN POSITION

We are a company (ESOP) that rebuilds and retrofits large machine tools, is looking for a Controls Engineer with BSEE and experience integrating CNC and motion control systems on metalworking machines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or equivalency), basic electrical experience, and valid driver’s license.
  • Technical experience or education with parallel & series circuits, AC circuits, DC circuits, control circuits a plus.

You will be trained, under the supervision of a Senior Tech, to build and install electrical control panels &/or industrial machinery from electrical prints & schematics in accordance with electrical codes, standards & regulations.

Travel in support of projects and field service is required.

MACHINE TOOL BUILDER POSITION

We are a company (ESOP) that rebuilds and retrofits large machine tools, is looking for a Controls Engineer with BSEE and experience integrating CNC and motion control systems on metalworking machines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or equivalency), basic electrical experience, and valid driver’s license.
  • Mechanical experience on industrial equipment and your own set of tools.
  • Understanding of hydraulics and schematics helpful

You will be trained, under the supervision of a Senior Tech to:

  • Building and rebuilding machine tools including the startup, debug, performance analytics, customer demonstration, training as required, installation and final customer acceptance.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of machine tools at customer locations.

Travel in support of projects and field service is required.
